About The Conference
The 8th annual LAUNCH Youth Leadership Conference, an initiative dedicated to empowering young minds and fostering the next generation of leaders.
LAUNCH Youth Leadership Conference is a fun, engaging, thought-provoking leadership event with speakers who ooze positivity, high energy, and are focused on your success.
Part conference, part magical retreat, part networking event with awesome people, this is a phenomenal day to help you fill your cup. LAUNCH Youth Leadership Conference was designed to be a day to help high school youth leaders re-fuel, reset, and re-focus on what matters most.
As a pivotal event, this conference brings together students from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the skills and inspiration necessary to thrive in their personal and future professional lives. Over the past eight conferences, we have positively impacted over 900 students, providing them with workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to enhance their leadership potential.
